David Hanson develops robots that are widely regarded as the world’s most human-like in appearance, in a lifelong quest to create true living, caring machines. To accomplish these goals, Hanson integrates figurative arts with cognitive science and robotics engineering, inventions novel skin materials, facial expression
mechanisms, and collaborative developments in AI, within humanoid artworks like Sophia the robot, which can engage people in naturalistic face-to-face conversations and currently serve in AI research, education, therapy, and other uses. Hanson worked as a Walt Disney Imagineer, both a sculptor and a technical
consultant in robotics, and later founded Hanson Robotics. Hanson holds a Ph.D. in Interactive Arts and Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Eugene Acevedo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. Previous to this, he held senior leadership positions in three banking organizations. As a Managing Director with Citibank, he was Regional Head of Derivatives Structuring based in Singapore, Country Treasurer for the Philippines and Hong Kong, and Global Markets Head for Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macau. He was President and CEO of Philippine National Bank. Before becoming a banker, Mr. Acevedo was a Lecturer at the University of the Philippines - National Institute of Physics. He is an Outstanding Alumnus Awardee of the University of San Carlos where he graduated BS Physics, magna cum laude, as a DOST scholar. He finished his Masters in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management where he was the Javier Nepomuceno Scholar. He also took the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Trustee and Executive-in-Residence of the Asian Institute of Management, and Trustee of De La Salle John Bosco College, where he graduated high school valedictorian.

Moreno started his political career when he was elected and sworn as councilor for Manila’s first congressional district in 1998 and reelected in 2001 and 2004 respectively. In 2007, he later became vice mayor of the city. He took a crash course in Local Legislation and Local Finance at the University of the Philippines. He then studied public administration in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) while fulfilling his alderman duties. Moreno also serves as vice chairman of the Manila Historical and Heritage Commission and studies Law in Arellano University. On May 13, 2019, Isko Domagoso Moreno won the mayoralty of Manila, via a landslide win of close to 150,000 votes more than the closest contender.

Maria Lourdes Tiquia is the President of Universidad de Manila. She has been a former talk show host at CNN Philippines. Ms. Tiquia acquired more than three decades of progressive and professional years of experience in private, public, nongovernment sectors and the academe. She founded PUBLiCUS Asia Inc. (PAI) in 2003 and worked as the General Manager. Malou is also the lead convenor of the Association of Political Consultants in Asia (APCA) and Jasmine Stands (JS). She served the Philippine Government for 15 years in both the Executive and Legislative branches. She worked in the 100th Congress of the United States as a Congressional Fellow in the Subcommittee on Environment of the U.S. House of Representatives (Rep. Hans Sy is a long time executive with the SM Group. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Committee of SM Prime Holdings, the company that started in 1994 as developer of the SM Supermalls. He served as its President from 2004 until 2016. Today, as one of South East Asia’s largest and leading integrated property developers, SM PRIME’s portfolio includes malls, residential developments, office buildings, hotels, and convention centers. His other major current responsibilities include being Chairman of China Banking Corporation, Chairman of National University, and Adviser to the Board of SM Investments Corporation. As a strong advocate of disaster resilience and business sustainability, Mr. Sy serves as an international board member of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction’s ARISE (Private Sector Alliance for Disaster Resilient Societies), and Co-Chair of the National Resilience Council, a public-private initiative toward a disaster-resilient Philippines. At the invitation of premier professional basketball league, the NBA, he is a member of the “Jr. NBA Asia Advisory Council” organized to reach out to the grassroots to instill discipline, teamwork, and positive values, as well as promote leading active lives for health and wellness. With his B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from the De La Salle University, Mr. Sy also takes the lead in implementing sustainable practices in SM’s property developments.
